The 20 Year Old Making Millions With No Code
Meet Jacob.
He’s 20 years old.

The roadmap to making millions with No Code is very clear. In this article, we’ll share the steps you need to take to follow in Jacob’s footsteps.
Step 1: Learn How to Use No Code Tools
No Code tools have now made it possible for anyone to bring a software idea to life.
Everyone has problems. In the past, only 0.0001% of people would be able to build solutions to those problems.
No Code tools have empowered anyone to become an engineer and solve those problems themselves.
If you learn No Code, not only will companies pay you a lot of money to help them build solutions… you’ll unlock access to the most scalable business model on the internet: SaaS.
To learn how to build software with No Code, do this:
- Learn from free resources: If you’re still trying to figure out whether No Code is the right path for you, learn as much as you can from free online materials. I recommend checking out our free case study, where we show you how the WGMI team built a $10,000 / month SaaS in just 2 months.
- Join a No Code Program: If you want to learn No Code 10x quicker, you need to learn directly from the experts. In the WGMI Academy, we’ll show you the exact steps you need to take to build software in just a few weeks.
- Start your own mini-project: There’s no better way to learn than getting your hands dirty. Choose an existing software, and replicate it for an ULTRA niche audience.
Step 2: Start a No Code Development Agency
When you know how to build with No Code, you’ll learn one thing VERY quickly…
There is an unbelievable amount of demand for software development right now.
Now think about this… If you could build software in a fraction of the time and for a fraction of the cost, how rich do you think you’d be?
That is exactly how Jacob scaled his development agency to over $1m / year.
It’s not because companies love No Code. It’s because they love cheap and fast solutions.
And because No Code is so new, there’s basically no competition.
How else would a 20 year old with no development experience be able to scale a development agency in such a short period of time?
Here are Jacob’s top 4 tips to start and scale a No Code agency.
- Become a problem solver: Software is so valuable because it saves people time. Shift your mindset to be constantly looking for problems that take up a lot of people’s time. Think about how this problem could be solved with software.
- Start small and local: Within your local area, pick an industry you either (a) understand deeply, or (2) are passionate about. Pick the smallest fish you can think of (e.g. restaurants, cafes or gyms). Deeply research the operations of that business, and determine how they could save time with software. Then, pitch your solution to all the businesses it could help.
- Use cold email to find more clients: When you prove your solution works, use a cold email outreach campaign to find similar, larger businesses that would find it useful.

Step 3: Build your own software
Most entrepreneurs get into software for the dream of a multi-million dollar exit.
Despite the massive opportunity, one thing often stops aspiring software entrepreneurs from starting: you don’t know what SaaS to make.
There are three main paths to finding your million-dollar SaaS idea:
- You already know a problem: You are deeply familiar with a particular industry / business. You understand where lots of time is wasted, and you see how software could be used to save that wasted time.
- You discover problems with your No Code agency: When you start your No Code agency, companies will literally come running to you with their problems. This will expose you to hundreds of ideas that you could turn into a SaaS for other, similar companies.
- Partner with another founder: Strategically partner with someone deeply familiar with a particular niche and industry. They will identify the problem, and you will build the solution. In return, you’ll get a good chunk of the business.
