OliveX is bringing health and fitness to The Sandbox through the launch of its ‘Fitness Metaverse’.
Spearheaded by the goal of encouraging more Web3 users to become more active within the physical realm, the OliveX Fitness Metaverse will serve as a sports-oriented virtual space where users can engage with digital and physical utilities.

To mark its inauguration on the widely-popular metaverse platform, an NFT collection dubbed ‘Gym Aesthetics’ will launch later this month. The collection will include wearable versions of the brand’s namesake apparel line, as well as playable avatars based on the brand’s ambassadors (such as four-time Muay Thai World Champion Alain Ngalani).
To add an essence of interoperability, each NFT will cost the equivalent of $150 $DOSE to mint. That means those who’ve earned $DOSE playing the likes of Dustland Runner and Dustland Rider will be able to enjoy the Fitness Metaverse and all of its NFT-joys through their hard-earned graft on other platforms.
The collection will be launched in stages, with the OG Presale commencing on 20th June, the Whitelist Presale taking place on 21st June, the Public Sale taking place on 22nd June, and the all-important reveal date to take place on 24th June.
With ‘move-to-earn’ mechanics appearing more and more across the emerging Web3 space, perhaps the heavily-backed Fitness Metaverse will provide a productive space for the primitive concept to really gain some momentum.
