NFT Market Update
The trading volume on OpenSea has been experiencing turmoil during the past week, and yesterday’s volume was the lowest we have seen in recent months. The daily trading volume on OpenSea yesterday was down -41% for the day with approximately $18.6 million dollars traded.

Crypto Update
The global cryptocurrency market was down approximately -4.1% yesterday testing previous support levels and continuing to look like it’s on a bearish trajectory. Many of the major altcoins including Ethereum, Solana, and AVAX are currently facing desperate times, as they are hitting new lows that we haven’t seen in recent months.
Bitcoin is down approximately -0.8% in the last 24 hours at $28,911, and Ether is down -3.6% at $1,772 which is a new low that we haven’t seen in more than a year. Solana is down -6.3% and trading close to $41 while Avalanche is down -9.6% and trading around $22 per AVAX.

The Trippin’ Ape Tribe is a 10k collection of 2D hand-illustrated tripping monkey NFTs on the Solana blockchain, which was one of the most hyped projects to launch on Solana since the Okay Bears. Trippin’ Ape began its mint phase less than 24 hours ago for 4 SOL each. The 10k collection of the Trippin’ Ape Tribe ended up selling out within minutes and the floor price of this collection shot up to more than 70 SOL at one point. Certain NFTs from the collection sold for as high as 180 SOL and 160 SOL. During the past 24 hours, the price of SOL dipped to less than $42, and many collections lost a great chunk of their floor price, but the Trippin Ape Tribe was one of the exceptions. The floor price of Trippin Ape Tribe NFTs currently sits at 58 SOL which is still up from the previous day.

AINightbirds
The AINightBirds, previously called AIMoonbirds, is an AI generated pixel art collection on the Ethereum Network with a total supply of 10,000 owl NFTs. The team behind AINightbirds were blown away by the recent success of the Moonbirds collection so they were inspired to create a 10k NFT collection of AI generated pixel art collection of their own which ended up doing quite well despite lack a Discord server of their own. The floor price of the AINightbirds was sitting at 0.178 ETH less than 24 hours ago, and despite the NFT market showing signs of bearishness, the floor price of this collection has pumped massively, and it currently sits at 0.48 ETH at writing. Strange Times is an NFT collection created by artist/musician Ahal Eden and Author Magi Ostri of 7,777 misfits roaming on the Ethereum Blockchain. The project first minted less than 48 hours ago on 05/24/2022 for 0.05 ETH during its public sale phase. The collection initially saw a great deal of volume between 3,500 and 4,000 sales per day, but the trading volume has dropped by -90% with less than 480 transactions in the last 24 hours. The floor price of the Strange Times collection went as high as 0.075 ETH before sitting at its current floor price of 0.049 ETH at the time of writing which is around the initial mint cost.

The current floor price of this collection sits at 1.69 ETH at the time of writing as both the average sales price and trade volume of this collection have been quickly declining largely due to the current market sentiment in the NFT space.
