NFT Market Update
The daily trading volume on OpenSea has hit a local low yesterday, down by -13.6% for the day with just over 17.6 million traded. This is largely due to the FED’s recent interest rate hike by a 0.75 percentage point, the biggest increase since 1994. This interest rate increase is also affecting the Dow, S&P 500, Nasdaq, GlobalDow, and even Gold prices, negatively.

Crypto Update
The cryptocurrency had another major dip yesterday, and most altcoins and major cryptocurrencies were in the red. This is largely due to the FED’s recent interest rate hike affecting the financial markets negatively. The global cryptocurrency market cap was down by -0.2% with a total valuation of just over 903 billion dollars.
Bitcoin is down by -0.5% over the last 24 hours, trading at $21,014. Ether is down by -1.7% and trading at $1,096.

The collection finally sold out earlier today after first launching more than 2 weeks ago, which is an uncommon occurrence.

Pablo Apes
Pablo Apes is a 10k collection of every BAYC PFP redone in a Pablo-style with the same edition numbers.
This was a free-to-mint degen project that launched a little less than a week ago, not affiliated with the real BAYC or Yuga Labs. The project has no Discord server or a roadmap so it’s another MEME project with zero use or utility.
The project website is minimal, with just a mint link and a link to their Twitter page. Looking at the description, it uses calligraphy-type gibberish and misspellings on purpose, following the likes of other degen projects like goblintown and trolltown.
This free mint collection had a slow but steady pump the last two days taking the floor price to 0.034 ETH where it currently sits at writing.

The ROTL team launched the mint phase of ROTL on June 15th, and it was a free mint project which was unexpected from a brand and IP of their stature. ROTL will be releasing a blockchain-ready game and metaverse based on its story and lore shortly. The current floor price of ROTL sits at 0.073 ETH at writing, and the reveal phase is scheduled to take place on June 20th.
