NFT Market Update
The daily trading volume on OpenSea is down -9% in the last 24 hours, with approximately $109 million traded for the day. The sudden dip in the overall trading volume is either a sign that the market is cooling down after the Moonbird pump, or may be related to the upcoming Bored Ape Yacht Club Metaverse Landsale for “The Otherside” – as more traders save their funds in preparation for the upcoming event.

The last 24 hours have slightly broken the bearish trend for the major cryptocurrencies, with Bitcoin up 1.73% in the last 24 hours at $39,601 and Ether up 1.8% at $2,934.

Imaginary Ones
Imaginary Ones is a 3D animated collection of 8,888 fully animated NFTs on the Ethereum network that first launched on April 26th. There was a lot of initial FOMO on OpenSea as those who were on the whitelist minted for 0.2 ETH were able to sell their NFTs for as high as 2 ETH in some cases. The floor price of the collection then dipped to as low as 1 ETH before having a short-lived second pump. The Imaginary Ones collection floor price has been steadily declining over the past 12 hours, and it sits at a current floor price of 0.78 ETH at writing.

Multidisciplinary visual artist James Jean presents Fragments (2022), a new series of hand-drawn digital artworks commissioned by the digital art platform Outland, which is a collection of 7,000 hand-drawn NFTs. Holders of 1/1 Elemental pieces from Outlanders were able to mint for only 0.08 ETH, whereas allow-list members minted for 0.5 ETH before the collection sold out.
