Crypto exchange OKX has extended its partnership with Manchester City to become the club’s official training sponsor for the upcoming 2022-2023 season.
The deal, which is reported to be worth more than $20 million, will see the OKX crypto exchange logo be branded across the training apparel of club’s the men’s and women’s squads. Here, the OKX name will gain ample exposure through the array of social media photos that get taken during training sessions on a daily basis.
The deal also includes OKX commissioning renowned street artist Akse P19 to paint murals of Erling Haaland, Jack Grealish, Joāo Cancelo, and John Stones across four locations across Manchester.
The companies originally teamed up back in March of this year, in a multimillion-dollar deal that saw the crypto exchange become the club’s official cryptocurrency partner.
