Finish Work Early With These Mindblowing GPTs
If you read last week’s newsletter, you’re already aware of the potential of GPTs (and theย massive business opportunities they present).
In short, GPTs are customized versions of ChatGPT for a specific purpose.
Anyone can create a GPT for almost anything. You train the GPT with custom data so it is highly tuned to deal with a specific problem.ย
ย
The best GPTs for productivity
After only one week since being launched, there are already thousands of GPTs.
Lots of them are garbage. Some of them are incredible.
Fortunately for you, my team spent days meticulously testing every GPT that came across our paths to identify the best.
Here are the GPTs that will save you hours of work every single week:
- GPT Coding Wizard: Code a website (or anything) with just one sentence.
- Habit Mastery: Your habit-forming coach.
- OpenStorytelling Plus: Learn, create and craft compelling digital stories.
- ToonGPT: Turn one of your doodles into a high-quality cartoon illustration.
- HormoziGPT: An AI clone of Alex Hormozi, who will help you build your business and income online.
- ConvertAnything: The ultimate file converter for images, audio, video, documents and more. It handles individual or batch uploads, supports ZIPs, and provides a download link.
- DesignerGPT: Create beautiful websites directly in ChatGPT.
- Healthy Chef: Take a photo of your available ingredients, and the Healthy Chef GPT will recommend healthy meals.
- Kraftful: A coach that will help you build incredible products (through best practices and top gurus’ product thinking).
- Mona Logo: Create minimalist and professional logos.
Stay one step ahead
To stay ahead of the curve, you need to be constantly testing out new tools and their capabilities.
Choose one of the GPTs that sounds most interesting to you, and play around with it for 5 minutes.
Would you rather be the friend who tells everyone about the latest tools and tech, or the one who says “Nope, I’ve never heard of that”?
If you regularly read this newsletter, you’ve already got a significant head start.
I spent 4 days researching to create the optimal content strategy for WGMI Media (this newsletter).
I analyzed every single piece of content from 5 multi-million dollar creators over the last few months.
From this research, I uncovered three extremely powerful insights that helped us grow our Instagram to 200k+ and our newsletter to 80k+ in less than a year.
FYI: I choseย Sahil Bloom,ย Dan Koe,ย Alex Hormozi,ย Justin Welsh, andย Ed Mylett because they’ve been popping off over the last 12 months (look on Google Trends).ย
ย
Insight 1: Volume is extremely important
Each of the 5 content creators I studied produces a lot of content. Here are the exact
Let’s break that down by platform:
- Twitter (still refuse to call it X): Aim for at least 2-3 short-form (less than 280 characters) posts per day and 1-2 long-form (more than 280 characters) posts per week.
- LinkedIn: 1-2 posts per day (around 150-250 words).
- Instagram: 1-2 times per day. A combination of normal posts, Reels, and carousels.
Insight 2: Repurposing long-form content is the key to making lots of content
You’re probably thinking, “how am I supposed to make that much content?”
Every single creator uses the same strategy: repurpose long-form content.
- Dan Koe turns his articles into many tweets.
- Justin Welsh turns his newsletters into 1 long-form tweet and 6-10 short-form tweets.
This strategy is even more effective with tools like Revamped. You can very quickly turn any piece of long-form content into Tweets, LinkedIn Posts, and Short-Form video scripts.
The best thing aboutย Revamped is that you can even make original content from other peopleโs long-form content. In just 2 minutes, you could have enough content to last you a week. ย
ย
Insight 3: Say 1 thing in 100 ways (then say it again)
Every creator has 3-4 key messages they share again and again.
- Sahil talks about the importance of learning from others, and balancing success with appreciating the present.
- Alex Hormozi talks about the importance of action over planning, and authentic success over fake fame.
They find the messages that work with their audience, and say them over and over again in different ways.
This is the key to creating a strong brand, and an even stronger following of like-minded people.ย

Want to design your own optimal content strategy?
Itโs impossible to stay consistent if youโre constantly trying to figure out what you should post and when you should post it.
The key to staying consistent? An effective content strategy.
