After months of anticipation, the fun-loving, feline NFT collection u2018Cool Catsu2019 has finally launched its game, Cooltopia.
nAccording to the companyu2019s website, the game will serve both as the projectu2019s gamified NFT experience, as well the projectu2019s ecosystem in general. The game is expected to include NFTs from both the Cool Cats and Cool Pets collections (with the latter being the companions of Cool Cats who arrive in egg form to progress into one-of-a-kind heroes), along with a questing system, a Cool Shop, a marketplace, and more. The overarching goal of the Cool Cats team is to make the Cooltopia ecosystem extremely accessible to all aspects of their projects.
nThe gameu2019s community economics will also be driven by $MILK, a token familiar to Cool Pets holders as it is the currency they have been able to earn by holding their NFT and doing daily quests.
nThe Cool Cats and Cool Pets collections have been through a lot before finally reaching this seemingly era defining moment. However, as you would expect, their numbers today are currently sitting very strong – as the Cool Cats project currently sits on around 98.4K ETH (approximately $296,714,000) in OpenSea trade volume (with a floor of 8.29 ETH), whilst the (lesser known) Cool Pets collection has amassed a healthy 24.8K ETH in trade volume.
