Step 1: Install the Zapier Plugins
- Go to ChatGPT
- Go to GPT-4
- Go to Plugin store
- Install the Zapier plugin
Step 2: Set up the Zapier plugin
- Visit this link
- In the action box, write “Gmail send”
- Click “Gmail: Send Email”
- Enter your email
- Leave the rest of the tabs how they are
- Click “Enable Action”
Step 3: Send emails in ChatGPT
- Go back to ChatGPT
- Select the Zapier plugin
- Ask ChatGPT to generate an email
- When ChatGPT has generate an email you are happy with, ask it to “send the email through my Gmail”
- Click ‘Review and Send’
